At Lummori, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lummori.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lummori.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including items that have been used, opened (where applicable), or are marked as final sale.
